Sports Massage Therapy for Athletes in St. Louis

Whether you're training for a race, recovering from a hard week, or managing an injury that won't quit — your body deserves more than a generic rubdown. At Performance & Recovery Massage, every session is built around your goals, your sport, and your body.

Unlike practices that book you into a fixed service type, sessions at P&R are scheduled by time and designed around your specific needs that day. Every appointment starts with a conversation — what brought you in, what you're working toward, and what your body needs right now.
